DONATE
Donations are vital to WELLfed — we simply couldn’t do it without the support of generous people like you.
Every dollar helps create positive change - providing hands-on learning, kai, and a welcoming space where people grow skills and confidence. Your support helps us keep the programme free and accessible.
One-off or regular donations are both welcome - and all donations of $5 or more are eligible for tax credits (we’ll send you a receipt so you can claim)

VOLUNTEER IN THE WELLfed GARDEN
Come and spend a morning in the award-winning WELLfed garden!
Our Plant and Learn sessions run every Wednesday from 10 am to 12 noon - and everyone is welcome.
Whether you're a seasoned gardener or just getting started, there's something for everyone. You choose the level of mahi that suits you.
In December 2023, our team was named Garden of the Year by NZ Gardener Magazine - a reflection of the aroha that goes into our māra kai and the community that makes it thrive.
We provide the tools, guidance, and morning tea. All you need is closed-toed shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and a bit of enthusiasm. Sessions are usually cancelled if the weather is bad (check the Facebook event for updates).
Preschoolers are welcome during term time, and all kids can join in during school holidays — as long as they’re supervised by an adult.
Come along, dig in, and grow something good with us!

OTHER WAYS TO HELP
Due to space constraints, we’re not currently able to accept equipment donations, but thank you for thinking of us! Keep an eye on our social media pages for specific requests.
You can still make a difference by donating your tax rebate, spreading the word about WELLfed, or hosting a small fundraiser. Got another idea? We’d love to hear from you - community support keeps us going.
