I’ve been through a lot in my past - had some very tough and rough times. Coming to WELLfed is like a dream come true. In the past I stayed home everyday - all day. I've been with WELLfed for eight months now and I enjoy every minute of the classes. I’ve built confidence, my relationship with my family is much more positive and I feel like I have a future. My Mum can now rest from cooking every night because we each help her cook meals!

WELLfed has opened up more paths for me and I now feel like I would like to volunteer or work with kids. WELLfed is a stepping stone to many other positive things and will always be my second home - Hariena
