I loved going to WELLfed. We were struggling financially and heard about WELLfed through a friend. Each week we’d cook and take home a delicious meal. I learnt how to stretch the meal out for two days by adding in extra veggies and low cost, healthy ingredients.
My favourite has been making focaccia bread - my six year old son requests it all the time! I never even knew what it was - now it’s my go-to recipe. I feel so confident with cooking now.
I've loved the whole environment where you feel so welcomed and part of a community. In six months I've only missed one class - that's how much I LOVE it! Now I’m heading back to work, however, part of my heart will remain with WELLfed - Salote
